Criteria

Entry open to Livingston High School Students only.

The mural art must be environmentally themed.

The mural will be judged on its originality, creativity, and ability to communicate the theme.

The mural will be 16ft x 8ft and installed on the wall by Seymour’s Cafe.

Once an artist is chosen, they must commit to working with the EnviroART team to assist in the planning and painting of the mural.

The final mural panels will remain the property of The Livingston Environmental Commission.

  • Choose any environmental theme you care about. Examples could include:

    • Biodiversity, and Ecosystems

    • Renewable Energy, Sustainability, and Gardening

    • Recycling and Waste Reduction

    • Nature’s Harmony and Earth’s Elements

  • No advertisements or trademarked art allowed.

    Artwork must be appropriate for the general public.

  • The mural must be scalable to 8' high by 16' wide. This will be created by installing a series of four, 4ft x 8ft plywood panels, placed adjacent on the wall.
